The terms for using Bluestone Ops, our operations platform and worker app.

These terms apply to Bluestone Ops, the operations platform at portal.bluestonelabourgroup.com.au, and to the Bluestone worker app. Both are run by Bluestone Labour Group Pty Ltd (ABN 59 697 186 520, Victorian Labour Hire Licence VICLHL11535). By signing in or using either, you agree to these terms.
Bluestone Ops is used by our own office staff, by workers who register with or are engaged by us, and by host clients we have given an account. Access is by invitation or registration only. Keep your sign in details and sign in links to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
Bluestone Ops connects to Bluestone Labour Group's own QuickBooks Online company, with our permission given through Intuit's sign in. It uses the connection to create our client invoices and contractor bills in QuickBooks, and to read which invoices have been paid. It connects to our company only.
Information from QuickBooks is used only to keep our own accounts and records up to date. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, and only our office staff can see it. The connection can be removed at any time, from Platform Settings in Bluestone Ops or from the Apps section of QuickBooks Online.
We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Use Bluestone Ops only for its intended purpose: finding and working shifts, recording time, and running the business between Bluestone, its workers and its clients. Do not give false information, try to see information that is not yours, interfere with the platform, or use it to break any law.
We work to keep Bluestone Ops available and accurate, but we may change, pause or stop parts of it at any time, for example for maintenance. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Bluestone Ops. Your engagement with us as a worker or client is governed by your agreement with us, not by these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
