What you can expect from us

Pay Casual employees are paid at or above the relevant award with casual loading, plus superannuation. Contractors set their rate with us up front. Everyone is paid weekly.
The work Civil sites, warehouses and factories across Melbourne. Because we supply more than one kind of site, we can keep you moving between jobs rather than waiting on one client.
How you work with us Everyone starts as a casual employee. We handle tax, super and WorkCover and pay you weekly. Run your own registered business? Tell us and we will check it with you.
Straight answers Before every job you get the rate, the site, the start time and who to report to. If a job is cancelled we tell you as soon as we know.
Safety We only send people to sites that run a proper induction and pre start. If a site is not safe, you do not go, and you will not lose work with us for saying so.

What we will ask for

  • Photo ID and proof you can work in Australia
  • White card for construction roles
  • Any high risk work licence or ticket for your trade
  • Your business details, if you run your own registered business
  • Bank and super details, which you enter online as part of registering. Your tax file number declaration comes later, with your employment agreement.
Everyone starts as a casual employee. If you run your own registered business, tell us here and we will check it with you.
