The worker does not show We call every worker the night before. If someone drops out, we find a replacement before your start time, not after your call at 6am.

The roles, how many, the site address, the start time and how long for. If a regulated labour hire arrangement order applies to your site, tell us at booking and we pay the protected rate.

We confirm names

We match from workers whose tickets we have already sighted and confirm who is coming before the shift. If we cannot fill it, we tell you straight away so you can make other arrangements.

They arrive site ready

Inducted, in PPE, tickets current. Your supervisor runs the pre start as normal.

We handle the rest

Timesheets, pay, superannuation, WorkCover and LeavePlus. You receive one invoice a week.

Rates and cover

What you are paying for

Rates are quoted per job once we know the role, the hours and the site. There are no sign up fees, no minimum spend and no lock in contract. The charge rate covers the worker's pay, casual loading where it applies, superannuation, WorkCover, LeavePlus for construction work, and our margin. You see the rate card before the first shift.

Casual employees are paid under the relevant modern award, which for civil work is the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020. Contractors hold their own ABN and public liability insurance and invoice Bluestone for their hours.
