A container park, a recycler and a food plant on the same street need different people, so we ask what the job involves before we offer anyone: the machines, the conditions, the shift and the site rules. Right to work is checked, and High Risk Work Licences are sighted and matched to your machines.

Every worker is a casual employee on our payroll, under the Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020 for warehouse and yard roles, or the award that covers the work for production, checked against the duties before the first shift. We pay the wages, superannuation and WorkCover, and you receive one weekly invoice from the timesheets your supervisor approves.

Give us as much notice as you can, particularly for licensed roles and night shifts, and tell us the start time so we only offer people who can get there for it. If we cannot cover a request we tell you. There is no sign up fee and no lock in contract.
